Proper table manners and fine dining etiquette can be tricky for the best of us. Which fork to use? Where does the napkin go? What to do with your hands? Fear not! Our resident Food & Beverage Instructor will  answer these and dozens of other common questions in an entertaining and informative lesson delivered in English or Thai (or both)! 

After the introductory lesson, students will put their formal manners to use while enjoying a delicious European three-course meal prepared and served by our hospitality students. 

When making a good impression could mean getting that promotion or signing that contract, it's the little details that make a big difference!  Give your students an early advantage with this essential and often-overlooked skill!

เตรียมนักเรียน นักศึกษาสู่ความสำเร็จ

มารยาทบนโต๊ะอาหารและการรับประทานอาหารระดับภัตตาคารอาจดูยากสำหรับเรา ควรใช้ส้อมคันไหน ผ้ากันเปื้อนวางที่ไหน วางมือที่ตำแหน่งใด จงอย่ากังวลอีกต่อไป ! อาจารย์ผู้สอนแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของเราจะตอบข้อสงสัยเหล่านี้และคำถามอื่นๆ อย่างมีสีสันและมีสาระ สอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ หรือ ภาษาไทย (หรือสองภาษา)!

หลังจากอบรมในภาคทษฎี ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้นำความรู้ที่อบรมมาเพื่อนำไปใช้บนโต๊ะอาหารจริง และเพลิดเพลนไปกับมื้ออาหารสามรายการสไตล์ยุโรป เตรียมและเสิร์ฟโดยนักศึกษาสายงานบริการ ….
